Shipping Policy

We're committed to getting your artwork and framing products to you safely and efficiently.

Original Paintings — Domestic (U.S.)
All original paintings are shipped through USPS. Each piece is carefully protected with acid‑free glassine, followed by multiple layers of bubble wrap, and then placed in either a padded mailer or a sturdy box depending on its size. Because every painting requires proper drying and varnishing, please allow 1–4 weeks for preparation, packing, and processing before shipment. Once your order has been mailed, domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Original Paintings — International

International shipments are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on the artwork’s value and destination. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. Please keep an eye on your email and tracking information to avoid delays or returned packages due to unpaid fees. If a package is returned because customs charges were not paid, the buyer is responsible for all re‑shipping costs and any additional fees incurred. After a painting has fully dried and been dropped off for shipment, international delivery generally takes around two weeks.

Please note: Shipping costs are non‑refundable in these situations.

Print Orders (Coming Soon)
Prints are fulfilled and shipped directly from my professional printing partner. Most international print orders fall below customs thresholds, but some countries may still charge import fees. Please be aware that these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

UK Customers
As of November 2023, the UK assesses customs duty on imported goods valued at more than £135 (~$170) at the time they enter the country.

Returns
I do not accept returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at hyssopart@gmail.com within 7-day timeframe from receiving your order, and I will do everything I can to make it right.
